The Shelby County Metro FOP Lodge #35's Annual "FOP Cops and Kids©" Shopping Event for 2016 was again held at the Walmart at 577 N Germantown Pkwy, Memphis TN. This year we sponsored over 30 familes of Fallen Officers to help support their survicing children. This was a heart warming and wonderful experience! Officers from the Bartlett Police Department, Memphis Police Department, Shelby County Sheriffs Department, Fayette County Sheriffs Office, Germantown Police Department, University of Memphis Police, Airport Police, MLGW and more, once again volunteered their personal time for this awesome event! We had over 50 officers volunteer for this years special event and memories made here will last a life time! We look forward to serving the Shelby County Community again next year, so keep checking the website for information for the next FOP Cops and Kids©. Once again, a Huge THANK YOU goes out to the employees of the McDonalds inside of the Walmart (Who graciously catered the food for this years event!) and all the Walmart employees that helped with this event!
